We worked with Rita both buying a house and selling our condo and would absolutely recommend her for either buying or selling a property! We were looking to upgrade from a condo to a house and found Rita by chance contacting the realtor of a nearby home we saw for sale. When we met she came with lots of advice on not just housing and the area but also how to coordinate buying and selling at the same time as it was our first time. When it came to looking for a new place she was always flexible to fit our busy schedules and came armed with in-depth knowledge of the area and pros/cons of the place giving insight that we did not think of. She listened to what we were interested in and gave us reasonable advice on the best areas to find exactly what we wanted in the price range we were looking for, and we did! We found a lovely home which hit everything we wanted and even managed to do so at the lower end of our budget.
As for selling our condo, while we had been in contact with other realtors who suggested that the market was so hot that we did not need to stage our place to get a good price, Rita went above and beyond to help us stage it beautifully. I believe this was a factor in how we were able to get it sold quickly and at a price above what other similar units in the same building had sold for!

As a real estate lawyer I have worked with Rita Alexander on several transactions and was always impressed. So much so that I retained her for my own personal real estate matters.
